Position Summary
Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Perform highly diversified duties to inspect, repair, install and maintain electrical systems, circuitry, machinery and equipment to maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment.
Ability to read/interpret electrical prints and schematics.
Ensures all work performed meets required safety codes and is properly inspected.
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance electrical and mechanical repairs of production equipment during machine service.
Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
Performs other work-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)
Requires a high school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience;
An AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance a plus;
4+ years of manufacturing experience; strong electrical, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills with some PLC experience.
Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. However, on some instances this job may require work in areas where ear protection is necessary.

The company will provide hands on training upon hiring (i.e., GMP, Dress Code, Safety, Machine Guards, etc.)
